Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note:

• Final sale and hygiene-related items cannot be returned.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
